referring to ISLAMABAD: The National Logistics Cell (NLC) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) by Daimler adjutant generalfor native produce of Mercedes-Benz trucks in Pakistan. The MoU was signed on behalf of NLC by its Director General great General Mushtaq Faisal & Pak NLC Motors chief executive officerZia Ahmed When Mercedes-Benz Special Trucks was represented by Klaus Fischinger, Head of Executive Committee & Dr Ralf Forcher, Head of discounts at Woerth, Germany. The incentives given in the Auto Development Policy 2016-21 have been instrumental for establishing native assembly of Mercedes-Benz trucks in Pakistan & its success going to ensure a healthful competition in the industry as well as meet the logistics demandants of China Pakistan Economic Corridor, said Faisal. He added which it going to bring qualitative change in native seller industry & going to provide Fresh jobs. Forcher said "Pakistan's infrastructure & construction sectors have regis­tered significant development in recent years having a direct influence on the logistics industry as it gives height to an increased request for commercial cars".
