Mercedes-Benz Dealer Lei Shing Hong Plans $800 mn Relisting
Lei Shing Hong Ltd., that runs Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Asia & Europe, is planning to relist in Hong Kong in a bargain that can lift around $800 mn, people by knowledge of the matter said. Lei Shing Hong targets to list as recently as the 2nd half of this year, according to the people, who asked not to be identified because the data is private. Daimler AG, the owner of Mercedes-Benz, said in probably it acquired 15 % of Lei Shing Hong for an undisclosed amount. A representative for Lei Shing Hong said he couldn't immediately comment. Lei Shing Hong runs Mercedes-Benz dealerships in mainland China, Taiwan, South Korea, the U.K., Germany, Australia, Vietnam & Cambodia.
